All movement on Left Hand

I've tried the SteamVR mapping thing but it's dire - I've even taken a dig through the .json files in the cfg folder but I'm stumped. All I want is to be able to blink move and jump back with F/B on the left joystick and turn left and right with L/R on the left joystick and no movement with the right stick. You could consider this simply as WASD on the left stick - shouldn't that be a standard? And maybe add mantling with the X or Y. Anyone know of a community mapping that I can import please?

Not quite what I'm after - I want to move with my left and shoot/interact with my right. Call me old-fashioned but as a PC gamer I find my left hand works the WASD keys and my right hand moves the mouse - why they chose to bugger it up is beyond me (perhaps it was designed by a console user?! :-) ) Anyway it's a moot point as I threw my toys outta the pram and got a refund and have abandoned it (for now).
