The cardboard puzzle in Chapter 2

As the tittle has said, anyone knows how to solve that puzzle :( ?

I am stuck this puzzle :(.

Go up on the platform thing and look through the floating cardboard, the cardboard pieces make a shape of an eye. It shows a box with circles that represent the machine with the buttons. I believe it's the 3rd button on the top and the 2nd button on the very bottom, or the reverse.

When you walk towards the wall with glowing drawings all over it, you'll find a large metal box filled with bits of cardboard, which has to be opened. There's no lock, just find the latch and open it. The cardboard will float out and form a large shape in the air, like the one you saw when entering the area. Walk around until you get to a point where the floating bits look like an eye. Looking through the eye, you'll see one of the various drawings on the wall. That drawing will be the solution to the puzzle, showing what buttons to push.

I'm not sure if it's the same solution every time or not, since there are multiple drawings on the wall. So just use whatever solution the cardboard you release is looking at.

Damnit I kept trying to stack things up to jump through the tunnel of cardboard thinking it would activate some hidden doorway that would have the combination to that generator.
