Large install size in games is usually caused by two things: Large textures, and/or much uncompressed video.
It's safe to assume that there is going to be next to no pre-rendered video, so that wont swell the install size.
BUT, judging by the 6GB VRAM min, and the extreme quality of textures in the Home environments they released, and the file size of those assets, this game isn't going to have a small install size.
Anything under 40GB unpacked would surprise me a lot, as would anything over 90GB. Real hard to judge, because we have never had a VR game of this length, or with this level of detail. All guesses are going to be wildly unreliable.
Nice. Never heard of it until now, might have to one day check Revive out.
Edit: I also see that it's a full-length polished game. Nice to see!
