Will this support Treadmills?

Dan, for Steam games we have a shimfile you run in the background that allows the ROVR to be another Steam controller that works in parallel with the hand controllers. See Wizdish ROVR Instagram [www.instagram.com] for the Wisdish ROVR icon in the Steam VR dashboard. So, it works with any free-locomotion VR game in Steam.

...like VR treadmills? I dont think i’ve seen any game say that it supports it. This would probably be something to email valve about as its an even nicher than VR itself

VR treadmills send movement data to the game as if it were an analog stick. Games don’t really have to support the treadmills, they only have to support sliding movement.

360 degree treadmills don't exist yet, right? The ones I've seen you either can only move forward/backward and have to rely on snap turning, or you need to actually be sitting on a chair so you don't crush the thing on your feet.
They all looked pretty bad to me.

They do, I own one myself, they're pretty good depending on what you buy

How well are they supported? I'm thinking of buying one, but it all relies on software that works with it. Otherwise it'll be a paperweight. Which one do you have?

Since I posted here, I contacted Kat mini, and they gave me a list of supported games. 15. Only 15. And they were all Chinese, all games I'd never heard of and didn't even have English language. I'll be honest, I gave up on the idea. Love it as a principal, but if I can't use it...

The Wizdish ROVR VR Treadmill is available for £699. I'm using it, and it's great. It really adds to the immersion. See Wizdish ROVR [www.wizdish.com] and Wizdish ROVR Instagram [www.instagram.com]

How well is it supported? Some of the other treadmills out there have next to no support in any games.

From my conversations, the kat mini appears to be the best in terms of tech, but NOTHING works with it (according to its sales team!)

Then you're not very good at imagining.
