Hello everyone,

My name is Niki, and I am the lead developer of Nucleus, an open-world multiplayer survival sandbox set on hostile alien planets.

I've been working on this project for quite some time, and I am happy to finally showcase it on Steam. The playable pre-alphas are currently available only to a closed group, but I plan to run a public (limited) playtest in 2027.

You start at one of Nucleus Corp's stations, part of an intergalactic network that stores players' consciousness. Explore and travel to different planets, deploy your clone, gather resources, find or build shelter, craft equipment and defences, and bring some goods back home.

Different planets pose different levels of risk. Your clones are expendable, but when they die, you lose all clone upgrades and inventory.

Explore alone or with friends, encounter dangerous creatures, form alliances, and fight other players for resources and territory. The game features PvE, PvP, and hybrid areas.

Most of the 3D models in the game are done by the fantastic Creepy Cat[www.creepycat.fr].
