No connection to server. Last time this happened it lasted a few days.So please send an email to let them know.
1. I am facing connection lost. What should I do?
Please check your internet connection, make sure it is stable and with good connectivity.
The game developer could also be working on fixing some bugs or issues within the game. Try to come back after a while to see if this issue persists. If it persists for more than 1 day, please contact kp@jetdogs.com

This game has not been updated in so long. I had sent email few months ago and it took a few days. I still play it but don't invest money because there is no update and you will get to a level where all portals will close and you are just completing basic guests.
