Is that the mission where you have to guide a civilian transport to the station?

Well, its supposed to explode. At least, once you get the ship into the ring. That's part of the script.

yes i know but know matter what i do it keeps on coming up mission failed so i don't know what to do

Are you guiding it into the glowing ring?

Not the station itself, there is a little golden ring thing in from of the station. Every time I direct the ship to that ring, it goes off like normal.

So the transport was inside the circle at the same elevation as the circle?

Bumping this. I have the exact same problem, and the BSG Discord was no help at all.

Same, the only solution I could find online is to completly restart the campaign....
