The problem with the online game

Please help me figure out the online game. I create a game, then turn on the network game and wait for a friend to connect. After a friend connects to my game, my game freezes, and my friend does not connect either. If a friend creates a game himself, then when I connect to him, the game also freezes and there is no connection to the game.

My computer: I9 9900k, 32Gb, RTX 2060, SSD.
Friend's computer: i3 8100, 16Gb, GTX 1060, SSD.

Please help me figure out the problem, earlier on the old version 0.2 we could play together, today we decided to play the game again, but we could not connect, we tried more than 10 times.
