Survival RTG becomes Creative RTG

Hey, so I found an RTG in my survival game (Completely vanilla) and when I disassemble it, it becomes a Creative RTG.

I then opened up a creative mode and tested it again, spawning the survival RTG in, placing it, then disassembling it and it becomes a creative RTG.

I know the power difference between the two is an extremely large gap (600W - 4KW or something close) so it would create unbalanced power generation for my base and it makes it appear like I'm cheating power when I'm playing multiplayer.

I know this is a small bug in the eyes of many since not a lot of people still use Loulan but a tiny fix would be nice :)
