Wall heater bugged?

See picture attached. It's on, it's powered, there is no error, and yet it's not doing anything.

My theory is based on my own use case: Do you have the power provided by a power controller? If so change it out with a transformer. Wall Heaters use 1KW when working as they should, power controllers can't provide enough power so they will idle at 10w but seem as if they are working correctly. Watch your wiring, usually when using heaters or other high wattage devices I run heavy cable off a transformer from main source. Good practice that helps as you add to the system.
