Wind turbine generator and exhaust fumes.
Question: Could I blast my furnace exhaust through a wind tunnel with a train of wind turbines in it to generate power when recapturing exhaust fumes? Or will I run into the horror of things catching fire? cause I kinda had an idea of doing that to generate a bump of power when sucking in exhaust fumes for recapture and processing.

You could, but it won't be much. Those generators are very weak.

Eh I just wanna put em into my recapture system... Basically, use furnace, expell waste gas when done, waste gas is cooled and electricity is generated in transit, to be sucked up at the other end, into a holding tank, which then runs through a filtration system to separate the gasses, and reuse. Scraping up some electricity in transit seems alright to me.

If you just let the gas out of the furnace, all the wiring and the turbine itself will burn up.

Will running the pipe through a long train of radiators help reduce it below an ignition point? I'm on mars.

Releasing and recapturing the gas will cost more power than you get back. You can absolutely build the wind tunnel because it's cool, but it will cost power, not produce it.

They "shouldn't" burn up if there's no oxidizer in the exhaust. So either cool below the cables' ignition temp of 250C, or filter out O2/NO2 first.
I recently made a wind tunnel in Creative on the Moon, driven by RTG (4kw) and a Large Powered Vent (500 W). There were 8 or so wind turbines in there with a sum total output of 400-900 W (I had pressure fluctuations). I guess I could just have added some more turbines to reliably produce more than was put in. Not that I recommend it.

Wow, you've created a perpetual motion machine. You need to make a YouTube video on how to get free energy. :steamhappy:

Created indeed - not invented. It's not news. Anyway, it's mentioned as a side note (with visuals) in an Electrical Engineering video that is about 95% done.
