it looks like this problem has been addressed with the last patch and the *server is ignoring all incompatible entities - but finally, if you have no GPU with certain capabilities you still wont reach the stationeers prompt
*WindowsServer in my case - the picture on linux may be different of course, didnt you see ignoring - messages instead of errors regaring GUI and shader instructions on startup ?
Microsoft Media Foundation video decoding to texture disabled: graphics device is Null, only Direct3D 11 and Direct3D 12 (only on desktop) are supported for hardware-
accelerated video decoding.
WARNING: Shader Unsupported: 'Hidden/FXAA Preset 3' - All subshaders removed
WARNING: Shader Did you use #pragma only_renderers and omit this platform?
WARNING: Shader If subshaders removal was intentional, you may have forgotten turning
ERROR: Shader CameraFilterPack/AAA_Super_Computer shader is not supported on this GPU (none of subshaders/fallbacks are suitable)
HDR Render Texture not supported, disabling HDR on reflection probe.
Fallback handler could not load library C:/steamcmd/stationeers/rocketstation_DedicatedServer_Data/MonoBleedingEdge/cimgui
btw: obvously its already "solved" on the beta branch (windows) at least - so I assume they're working on it.
This guide is what finally got me going: https://github.com/rocket2guns/StationeersDedicatedServerGuide
It's being updated as issues are ironed out, and you can follow the status on the Stationeers Discord.
