I've opted to seal myself in and have a temp and pressure monitor that shows me when it is safe to go outside. Then I disassemble a frame and go out. I will add blast doors once I get to steel. Not sure why the first door held. I don't think manual hatches are supposed to hold at 650 KPa.
But in the world I made you absolutely cannot go outside during the day or prior to near midnight. So you have about 6 hours to mine and do stuff before you are stuck indoors.

At dawn the pressure rises almost instantly from 0 to over 500 KPa. As in don't be outside or have the doors open anywhere near this time or everything goes south fast. It will throw you against a wall or if outside throw you away from the base and the gravity is -1 or so, so you float a long ways.
Eat your heart out Venus. LOL. Venus is simple compared to this. One thing easier here is cooling. You can bring in cool air at night and cool things down. Venus is a bit harder to get cooling working.
