Read power from power connector (portable generator)
Im testing this little portable generator and id like to be able to connect it to a display to see how much power it generates. The network analyzer does

Either way i am certainly coming back to it in survival plays because it does need manual refuelling but its fuel canisters last awhile and it appears to be generating like 300w or so. Definitely not for main station power generation but maybe as an emergency generator for keeping the lights on, or just for really early on when you only have the flat solar panel.

What's the problem?

You can connect a GFG (and probably other power generation stuff too) to a LED display to show how much power is being generated.

I think you should be able to do the same for a portable generator on a power connector.
Can't you just slap a Cable Analyzer on the cable and read that via Logic?

yeah, i could, but at least with my little creative mode test setup, the gfg doesnt need to do that. You just wire it into a large LED display and you have power generated.

Though with the network analyzer it doesnt even say the power connector is generating any power, it just says whether or not its on. I only see power generated through the power potential + use on the cable.
