Gas / Liquid / Ice? Symbols

When pointing the analyser at pipes I am getting H2O with blue (I presume water) and a white one (?)- I am also seeing three squiggly lines sometimes. Is there somewhere that describes these icons anywhere?

For the icons: solid color is gas (white for steam) and 2 colors for liquid (white and blue for water). You can see all that in the stationpedia. The little squiggles tell you if phase change is happening: white snowflake for freezing, blue droplets for condensation, and red squiggly lines for evaporation.
