Is your game getting slower and slower?
I'm playing on a cold planet with constant storms.
After I've built some the base, the game gradually slows down with lower FPS.(to FPS 2~1)
Sure, I close the client, reconnect, and it gets better, but then it slows down again.
Is it just me?

I find storms massively tank your rig. I used to have an old i7 4770 with a GTX 1060 and got around 100fps, but storms impacted my fps to around 20fps. I now have a Ryzen 7 7700 with an RTX 3070, and I get a consistent 144fps (max my monitor can support). But again, during storms it tanks my rig, this time to around 40fps.

Not tested fps in a large base yet since I got my new rig.

Looks like some memory leak, nothing much you can do about it but restart the game.

We identified some issues that would cause this, and recently put a major change in to fix some of the causes for this on beta
