Anyway: Are you getting your room atmosphere in there by pipe cowl? Is it attached to a pipe (and to the device)? Key question: Is the pipe bent upwards? If not, then the cowl would probably not take in anything. (And your atmo measurement of the device could have been user error.)
getting it filled with super cold Nitrogen i have done in a test room, but boy is that a pain, when you open the door and all that cold N mixes in the room. not exactly sure how we are suppose to deal with that given cant vent it with a button if your inside.
Edit: i made a room with 130kpa of pressure, and that makes the "low pressure" alert go away but the Cryotube still does not work :(
