What is the Structure Trader Waypoint used for?
I'm building a runway and found a guide on reddit on it - although I see it is only built using taxiways and landing pad pieces. The runway kit also includes this 'structure trader waypoint'. What does it do?

Beacons can be placed and configured to guide traders through the air to the landing pad, while runway taxi pieces define the entry point of a runway and a path to the center piece."

Edit to add a possible solution if you don't want to bother with the waypoint beacon : build your landing pad high and in open spaces away from mountains as much as possible :D

Yeah I figured it out eventually. I was wondering more about the technicality of it but it all made sense once I plopped some down and called in a trader

Thanks!

as far as I recognized it the waypoints can be adjusted to show the aircrafts the "high over ground" distance so that they can come down smooth without touching anything until they reach the runway at th threshold plate
