Does anyone actually understand how to use this? I've tried several different gas types and blends and pressures and nothing seems to work.

Connect and use a passive vent like a sleeper.
To keep it frozen, nitrogen and oxygen must be mixed.

I had lung damage, so set one up in my greenhouse (where I normally open helm and drink), added a pipe with a passive vent, jumped I then right out . . . Bahm! No more lung damage.
Disassembled and put all the parts on a separate locker shelf.

It operates normally on just normal base atmosphere. If your want to Rez a dead player, you can use the cryogenic nitrogen.
