water bottle filler is blinking why?
my water bottle filler is blinking and i can't fill any more water bottles. Temperature of the water is over 10 degrees. Oh yes, my last problem with the solar cells that were the wrong way round was solved when I slightly moved my position where I was standing

I'm working on the same issue in an older save. It appears that the pressure is low enough (in my own system, at least) that the water in my lines is boiling off to steam.

Use the tablet and your atmospheric cartridge to see what the pressure in the pipe is. Lower pressure means the water will boil off to steam at a lower temperature.

I know the new update has given us the tools we need to make this work, but I haven't figured out all the pieces yet...

Confirmed your bottle filler has power?

If you've got power and water above 0°C, you should be working. If not, that'd be a bug, include a screen shot showing that water temp, pressure and pipe contents when/if you post a bug report.

Confirm the water pipe has liquid water in it seems like a potentially key step here. It's super obvious but if it is wrong that would do it...

Extra gas in the pipes? Try a Purge Valve from your water line to a waste/re-filter gas line? It would have to be after the last liquid pressure regulator (if there is one) on the same leg of the water line as the filler.
Check with the Atmos Analyzer Cartridge in the Tablet if there's Pollution or Volatiles in the pipes. If so, add a Passive Liquid Inlet on the network and let your Portable Scrubber sort it out.

While we're at it: You don't even need a crusher to fill your bottles. Just the bottle filler, a liquid pipe, the liquid inlet, and a room where you toss down water ice will do :)

Also dont confuse H2O gas with the liquid you might only have gas left in your pipes.

Yeah, Ive run into the issue on Mars where my water will evaporate during the night, then liquefy during the day.

I'm finding that it's important to get your water lines supplied with a large enough supply of water to get the pressure up to keep it from turning to steam or freezing. Pressure becomes critical to keeping it in a liquid state. Others have posted that using Nitrogen to bring the pressure up until your water level is high enough is a good temp solution.

I once had other gas in a liquid state in my water line and that caused the blinking light for me.

Can you provide a screenshot of the contents of the liquid line with the atmos analyner?
