However, there is no return, and the last memory was automatically overwritten when the new planet was reached.
So it's almost like a new beginning.
Woo Hoo... I just passed 1100 hours of game play on this game, :)
Also, maybe you can answer another question. If I manage to travel to another planet is my original base forever lost of can I eventually travel back to it?
Same bug here.
All conditions checked but rocket refuses to take off.
When I enter the command module, the first person view changes and I can't even see the launch console.
I've tried to complete the tutorial "rocketry", and same results ... we have no lift off ...
When I have loaded my savegame again, the control panel shows 0% fuel whereas the tank is nearly full, mix fuel error appears as well ...
Concerning your last question, if you decide to travel to another planet, you cannot go back, except loading an old save file.
Hello, Yes you can travel back to your planet, at least it works for me. My first base I built is on the Moon and eventually I built a rocket and I travelled to Mimus and I started a base there close to where the rocket capsule landed, I am not sure but if you always want your rocket to land close to where your base is the base should have been built close to that same landing spot, not sure what will happen if your base is far away from that landing spot. So basically what i'm saying is I believe the Devs wrote the code in such a way so that the rocket always lands in the same spot on a given planet, A long time ago I did run into the same problem that JeanDeaux explains above, I landed and everything was gone, I don't recommend others do this but what I did to fix the problem is I modified the game files and made some changes, saved and reloaded the game and it worked.
Disclaimer: like I said I don't recommend people mess with the game files unless you are familiar with programming and even then the game Developers also do not recommend people modify any game files, doing so may render the game non playable or even crash, do so at your own risk.
