Maybe it'll grow on me, but I'm old, grumpy and don't like change. haha
Started playing after long time just yesterday, and i was thinking this multiple times.
As somebody above said, she talks way too fast and tone is kinda iritating. My hearth always skip a beat when she start talking out of nowhere.
Edit: Nope, seem to baked in into a file that has many more assets in it. Likely not worth toying with that. And, I guess, the old won't come back for copyright/licensing reasons
We will be producing different voice packs although initially this will be focused on different languages.
The voice used will depend on availability. If we have to make substantial changes in the future, and the voice actor is not available, then we have to rerecord all of the words. Otherwise it is too jarring to have some of the words in one voice, and others not.
Even if you could access the old voice, ~40% of the voice files would have to be the new voice as there was no recording for it in the old voice.
