I'm not sure what is their priority on fixing or replacing the tutorials. It should be a higher priority IMO. It's understandable a new player would go straight to them, and expect them to be useful.
Meanwhile, I recommend Youtube. There are a lot of channels that do tutorials and let's plays that teach the game very well. Two of my Favorites are Cows are Evil and Autom8it. Both have up to date series from this year. Also Saddamo De Beers has some interesting videos.

I don't understand why these days, everything has to be explajned by video. Even something easy to resolve has a youtube video when they could have just typed "Press the green button behind the mossy rock by the old house."
But nooooo.... I have to watch a 20 minute youtube instead where the first five minutes are the youtuber saying, "Heeyyy guuuuys! And welcome back to DirtySocks Channel where last week we had such an excellent time at our LAN party! If you want a chance to win a ticket to our next event then subscribe to my channel and don't forget to smash that Like button!"
😂 Lol
I am going to try the game some more today but I don't know how I will ever figure out what does what if I can't watch videos and the tutorials are broken. I wish I had bought a different game
I learned the basics of the game through trial-and-error (I tend to not use tutorials) so I know it can be done. Tutorials are nice, but not needed and broken tutorials are not needed at all.
I would recommend you join the stationeers discord, there is a game-help channel where you can ask any question with responses being given within like 10mins (for me anyways).
The tutorials are still being worked on, I noticed a lot of it you must follow everything to a T exactly how they describe it, if it says rotate using mouse; you must do it that way. Even picking up things in certain orders at certain times.
Personally, I suggest jumping into an actual game and just reading through Stationpedia (f1 key) and when you eventually get stuck, posting on the discord.
Thank you, this solved my issue!
I 100% agree with you, even worse with this game is most of the videos on youtube are no longer accurate after all the changes.
