Whats safer, adv tank, or insulated tank for h2 o2 mix?

So I am using portable tank to move fuel from mixing to furnace, what is safer for less experienced players, insulated tank? or advanced tank.
My thinking is one can prevent raise in temp from the outside if you put it in the tank at the desired temp, while the other can with stand higher pressure ceiling.

It depends on what planet you are on. mars, moon, mimas, europa you can do it at anytime or at nighttime because it takes 30+ degrees to explode. I store my regular portable tanks in a vacuum at 8mpa+ -50C so they last a while even when you take them out into hot temperatures.

Depends on your favored screwups, doesn't it? Filtration/mixing is number four on my new-base dance card, get that wrong whole base go BOOM, so the fear has kept me alert enough to never yet leave a misconfigured IC pin. ~Try to make anything idiot proof, the universe will try to build better idiots.~ I use a tank in a temp-controlled vault, insulated pipe from there to the furnace room.
