Welding Torch not working

My welding torch turns on but it doesnt contruct. I don't know why its happening. The gas tank is not empty. And I have tried restarting the game.

Check the gas mix in the welding tool, needs to be hydrogen and o2.

there are two versions of the welder. the Arc Welder uses batteries the welding torch uses gas. Fuel mixture of 66% H2 and 34% O2

hmmm.. without the save game couldn't really tell you.

sometimes they do glitch. can you "kill" yourself to respawn a new set of gear and try them.

its been happening allot lately somehow the wielder fuel gets contaminated magicly while in use..

yea, I've seen that a couple of times in the filtration systems.. Grab a tablet and the atmo reader and see what your welder gas mixture is.

Is it possible the temperature made it do a tiny combust and pollute the tank with exhaust without actual rupturing the tank?

Right, at a temperature of more than 303-305K (30C) mixture of oxygen and volatiles autoignites

yes that worked. I used the atmo reader and it said it was pure oxygen. I kms and got a new welder that works
