You could, of course, create a raised platform to relocate your solar farm to, or just move them to the top of your "large module". You could extend the "roof" part out of you need more room.
Ideally, I would have my solar farm remote, with nothing around it to obstruct the line of sight to the sun, or cast shadows over them.
I know, it takes some work to move it all, but it's better in the long run, as you won't have to worry about building something else that may interfere with your solar farm in the future.
That's what i would do, since you
don't lose any materials when deconstructing them. You would just need to extend your wiring up to the new location, and if you have batteries in place already, you won't have any interruption in power.
