Game settings? kelvin/celsius
Is there a setting somewhere to make it all the same?

I look at my atmos handheld and it shows celsius, my furnace shows celsius but ereader shows kelvin.

Why not all the same?

For the furnace I guess they put it in Celsius and Fahrenheit (Depending on your game settings) because it is easier to measure on the fly maybe.
I really don't know. But it makes sense when it comes to melt metals and alloys etc.

About Kelvin
The Kelvin scale is more suitable for space in general because of the larger range it can prove compared to Celsius and Fahrenheit.

If you take Celsius or Fahrenheit that are made for Earth atmospheres compared to space who ranges much higher and lower around the absolute zero (If you like)

To calculate to and from Kelvin and Celsius is also very easy as absolute zero is at 273,15 Kelvin.

To get +20 Celsius to Kelvin is as easy as: +20C + 273,15K = 293,15
To get -20C is: -20C + 273,15K = 253,15

Formula is:
K = °C + 273,15

And you can let google solve it for you as well, just write in:

20C to Kelvin
or
-20C to Kelvin

Good luck!
