Portable Tank problems

Trying to refill my oxygen, but my portable tank, which is on a tank connector, won't accept my air tank. it's hit box on the yellow and black shaded space doesn't seem to exist.

On top of that, I can't seem to add any oxygen to it through a pipe system on the tank connector. I have it setup with a pressure regulator to pust 7000 kPa, and while there's that much pressure it it's pipe, it isn't increasing in pressure, nor as far as my tablet tells me, in volume.

Can anyone help me with these issues?

Remove the tank from the tank connector and the yellow/black refill area will be accessible.

That seems inane, the device can't be linked to a functional input system and still be utilized. So there's no way to fill my oxygen tank without disconnecting it with tools. What a usless "mid size" tank.
