But seriously, I have no clue. Have you checked underneath to see if there's a leak? It could be because of one of these "sealed room losing pressure" bugs, only you're seeing it with water instead of air particles.
At first I thought it was the visual for evaperation but it's not evaperating.

Coz you have your pool sealed with glass, remove the glass, if you have one passive vent under water for the water circling then you will notice the effects. Cheers
I noticed that if I melt a full stack of ice the resulting water on the floor actually hangs out into the next room through the windows despite still being contained and not showing up on the atmos analyser when in the next room.
