When i say 'where its trivial in terms of effort' I mean things like medical would likely let you switch the special lungs Zirilians have, simply because they already existing as their own 'lung' object as far as the game is concerned. It would likely be easier for us to include versus making special rules to prevent it.
Now that I think about it I do think I remember positronic brains (non organic electric brains) were a thing in SS13, So I guess in when in doubt look there for inspiration haha.

The implications it had to future core systems (Robotics and Medical interaction with the HEM droid) was primary concern, but I don't think it will be an issue now.
