Gasses Produced in Arc Furnace for Ores
I decided to get real numbers on the amount of each gas produced by each ore, so set up a way to measure. I got fifty of each of the given ores (except nickel, only had 5), and ran the stack through the arc furnace in a 2 X 3 X 1 room, measuring the moles of each gas at the end. The room was pumped down to a vacuum after each ore.

I'm assuming the atmosphere analyzer reads the amount in a single cube volume, so multiplied what it read by 6 to get the total amount produced:

Silicon
  • N2 - 48
  • CO2 - 48
  • X - 48

Gold
  • N2 - 24
  • O2 - 12
  • CO2 - 12
  • X - 102

Lead
  • N2 - 48
  • O2 - 48
  • CO2 - 48
  • X - 102

Volatiles
  • H2 - 1098

Oxite
  • N2 - 108
  • O2 - 696

Water Ice
  • N2 - 256
  • H2O - 1002
Plus there's a puddle which might be included in the moles produced above.

Nickel
  • N2 - 24
  • CO2 - 48
  • X - 48

Naturally, this is all as-of today. I didn't run copper because it doesn't produce any gasses during smelting.

You could make a single pipe segment place the analyser on it and a valve after and a pump before, than all gases would be in on sub-cell measured by the analyser. In addition to that all would have the same temperature, so the pressures and mole values are more close to reality. Are these kPA or mole above it? I would then show both for reference.

The values are moles; they won't vary by temperature or pressure, as it's literally the count of molecules.

And, the one I forgot:

Silver
  • CO2 - 45
  • N2 - 15
  • X - 45

Again, values are in moles of each gas produced by 50 units of ore.

Iron should be 20/80 % co2/X ... did you try to get the amounts in mol? I added your data to my little reference sheet. It's more useful than just the % I had. Thanks!

Iron Ore x 50
CO2: 24.8 mol (20%)
X: 99.3 mol (80%)

I had the numbers for iron, but missed putting them here. I had 24 mole CO2, 102 mole of X.
