Moving items...

Okay I'm sure I'm overlooking something simple, I searched google, I checked what (barebones) wikis are out there, and I can't figure out how the heck I move an item if I placed it incorrectly (for example I placed my arc furnace facing a wall, and my battery charger is upside down). I tried using various tools to try and deconstruct it but nothing seems to work...

Can anyone give a noob a hand?

You can use hand drill (from tool belt) to repack most devices.
Drill is battery powered so check if it charged.
