anyone know yet how to refill propellant?
i cant fly anymore because i dont know how to refill it

The default propellant canister is filled with nitrogen at about 5700 kPa, but I think any pressurised gas might work. I'll run a test and get back to you, but here's my "I don't yet know how to process gasses properly but this seems to work a little bit" setup:

One furnace (not the arc one), with power connection.
A pipe on the furnace output -> pressure regulator -> pipe -> gas bottle holder
The regulator will need a power connection
Set the pressure you want the bottle to have on the pressure regulator's dial, and turn it on
Put an empty canister in the holder
Drop some ice in the top of the furnace
It will evapourate and fill the bottle
Ice Voltailes -> hydrogen, Oxcite -> oxygen, I haven't found how to get nitrogen yet.

You might want to be careful about using hydrogen as fuel, especially if there's any oxgyen or flame sources (like a welder) floating around.

Yup, was able to fly around using a tank filled with this technique. Even a few hundred kPa of hydrogen was sufficient, although the "jetpack low" warning came on immediately

Oxydite contains very small amounts of nitrogen. You'd have to mine quite a lot, but it's in there.

Chuck some of it on the floor of your base, and watch the atmospheric monitor tablet.

No, the easiest way is with the Hydraulic Pipe Bender (but a fabricator can do it too). The kit for the pipebender comes from the autolathe.
