Black Screen on TV, Need Help !

Hi Guy !

I have just buy this game,
But i have a problem when i launch it after the Unreal engine 4 splash screen i lost the image, but i still have the sound (i suppose in the menu).

I have try to verify the game and reinstalling it but no much luck.

When i loose image on the TV, i have try to connect on pc by Teamviewer and i see a part of the menu but in a very high resolution !

So i think it's a résolution problem ! Anyone know where config file are saved and how i can force the game in 1080p !?

I don't play on TV but had the same problem on my computer screen. I used Alt+Enter to leave fullscreen and adjust the settings while in windowed mode. After the first run, it is fine to play in fullscreen.

tried too change nothing :/

C:\Users\*your profile name*\AppData\Local\SnakeSimulator\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
and find "GameUserSettings.ini"

dunno if it works tho, I've just found the closest thing with resolution parameters for you, never changed that file myself.

Try to plug in a sound device, e.g. speakers or headphones.
