Min 10 manuals for positive to adequate, min 18 manuals for adequate to best.
Don't know what moderate is to positive is.

Mhhh english aint my native language, but for me positive is better than adequate. adequate is barely good enough for me in german. Anyone got a source for adequate beeing better than positive?
1 = best
2 = positive
3 = adequate
4 = moderate
5 = poor
That would be it for me translated into german school grades. Missing the 6 tho.
Also how comes that i had like between 15 poor, moderate and adequate when i reached 30 people when adequate is only achievable due to investing manuals in a positive person? ISnt that a contradiction?
Im aware of that. They stayed in the teams they showed positive results. I then invested manuals in them and after a certain time 2 positive went to adequate.
Man this game really needs a meta guide. I appriciate the inputs tho.

* "Best" staff can become "Good" when ill or low on morale
* Maximun manuals is 60 (updated from 20, then 40 and now 60)

Results are affected by motivation. If a group of people don't work well together then some of them may get penalties to their skills due to being demotivated.
I put 15 on a positive and he stayed positive. He's dead now.
Adequate is better than Positive.

If positive peeps turn adequate in +10 manuals or less you should keep them and max them out to +60. Of course, you should start maxing out key staff (those that are marked with yellow icons),
I haven't done any precise testing, but I think each manual are below 10 points.
Out of pure guessing possibly 5 points. It would make sense from what I've seen.
Why keeping modest? I get rid of them until I finally get the desired positive.
It took like 2 days for me to kill of around 15. Just dont give em any gear, weapons or food. Send them on the 20minute missions. Send them on a mission and when they come back send them on a mission right away. Never heal them and never let them be healed. Takes like 3 or 4 missions to get into critical status with all the shebangs. Most die soon after...
U can even send them on a mission and press escape and let the game idle. The exploration team works in real world time. So just wait 20min come bcak to the game and send them off again. It really is no hustle if u get the hang once.
