Max enhance rank?

So far the max rank for each enhancement is 5 stars, is it possible to improve gear further? Like up 10 stars?

Legendary gear / melee weapons / bow can be upgraded up to 15
Epic gear / melee weapons / bow up to 10
Legendary / Epic guns max out at 5

EDIT1: non legendary / non epic gear and weapons max out at 5
EDIT2: epic melee / bow up to 10 only

Thank you so much, I just thought it was a glitch when I could upgrade epic gears that passed 5 stars. Since I didn't know it, I dismantle all gear/melee weapon that passed 5.
