Teleporter 5 Africa
So after some research and digging. It seems that the 5th teleporter in Africa is hidden behind a kill-wall. I found the entrance and it seems like a large area, so maybe its room for a DLC or something. Or maybe it's just for the crew to use for their missions.

Interesting.

I thought Teleporter 5 would have been the destroyed base inside the Villa.

If you get your crew to go exploring in Africa and select copper, you can see that the use a teleporter in this kill-zone.

Well they could have used some barrier or something instead of something killing us so who knows.

Well the opening shows that one can enter, so it is eaiser to have the kill barrier rather than adding a static mesh that is intergrated with the rest of the landscape, only to remove it later.

The game is unfinished in a lot of ways so it wouldn't surprise me the fog areas were basically cut from release. Maybe they will charge money for it later.

One of the rivers in Africa flows into a large, water-filled caldera surrounded by mountains in the center, but there's a killzone halfway up the river. Looks like a future boss arena. Ray maybe?

Want to throw in my idea. Seems all teleporters are in those little outpost type areas. Only one of which in africa (the one near code talkers place) does not have a teleporter in it. Seems to me the most likely place for #5 to have been. But for whatever reason is not there. Also seems to be a place that NEEDS a teleporter.
