Does anybody have or know of a comprehensive list for PC on keyboards and commands?

You can find most keys in the key binding menu. Any specific key you are looking for?

How do you do the other gagets keys Example I can do Moltov with "e" and fence with "q"

But the other loadout locations How do you work them?

hold [3] and [4] to bring up the gadget menu.

Hold [1], [2], [3], [4] to open weapons or gadgets menu.
Tap [Q], [E] in weapons menu to change the type of ammo/arrows (if you have more than one type of ammo/arrows).
If you wear "Cyborg Ninja's Head" tap twice [Communicate] button to open it.
