How to down a co op boss in less than a minute by yourself
Required materials:
2 barbed wire fences (if possible sandbags)
1 Gatling turret
1 Legendary AM - MRS-71
At least 40 explosive sniper rounds.

Required level: 69

Strategy:
When approaching the boss, make a smart guess on where any wanderers may straggle in during the fight and throw down your gatling turret in the best possible spot.

With frostbite you will need to make every shot a crit by hitting the diamond shaped spot on top off it's head. I took him down in less than 45 seconds. With the buildings around it makes it easier to dodge the attacks. Focus on the head when it does the frost ray. A couple of mags and it should be down.

With bigmouth this fight is easier. Lay down a couple of fences in front of you and make sure bigmouth doesnt destroy them. Big mouth has three spots you can crit eaisly. His balls, the side of his neck and in his mouth. after doing so much damage he auto attacks with a ranged attack that either shoots tiny projectiles or launches junk at you. If you are doing a good amount of damage in a small amount of time it will trigger him to constantly throw junk. This is where the fences come into play. I took down bigmouth in under a minute.

Lastly do not die. If you do these stratedgies you should limit the amount of attacks against you.

I feel that if you've managed to get all those things together then you've sorta deserved it.
That said, was the co-op bosses ever intended to not be soloble? We're still gonna need to defend the digger so all the better in my book if you can do it yourself.

You forgot to include the most important "detail", you need to be the same level, or something close to it.

This is true. You need someone else at the digger. This method allows you to get in and kill and get back to the digger. It makes hard Co op easy to do with 2 people.

To be honest this way is easier than the second digger we had last week

Support digger is still a thing on regular hard difficulty. Only daily/weekly have boss creatures instead.

Thanks for the correction. I've only been doing daily and weekly missions.
