Thanks for the answer but that isnt what I was asking. i am asking about the perks food give you. Why grill when you can smoke and get the same perk i.e sprinting faster, attack speed up ect
Also: smoking takes more resources which may be an issue in early game. (also requires different building)
In short: grilling may occasionally be the only option available.
I noticed that but once you have all the farms and cages you seem to live on milk and tomatoes.
Bonuses are pretty significant so I'd recommend using that over raw vegetables and milk. Especially if you play harder co-op missions. Foods like stews also count both as food and drink, so you don't have to carry both.
id like to collect more animals to make getting materials much easier, i was struggling to find food till i got my first sheep cages.
I have so much smoked food, in the thousands, and you cant cook tomatoes but I grill the others before I eat them.
