How to spawn Big Mouth?

So, I already completed the story, and went where it was supposed to be, but it ain't there. I already did like 50 side quests but nothing. I have to do something specific for it spawn?

Epilogue quests done? If so, just sleep a little and check your map, you'll see a big red circle pop up where it spawns. Just a little tip: Take some barrels with you when you go to fight it.

There's going to be a red marker on your map with the tooltip "Strong Creature encountered", if this circle mission marker isn't on the map Big-Mouth isn't there.

I'm not sure if it's a side mission you get from your crew, but you might try completing the active side-quests.

Yeah, before I did the ''last'' mission (the one you have to kill The Lord of Dust) the side quest ''Strong Creature'' was there, but I didn't do it at the time because I thought my weapons was to weak. But after doing the ''last'' mission, it vanished. I will try doing more side quest to see if it appears. Thanks for the info.

Yeah you're going to have to wait for the mission to respawn again. It can take quite some time till it respawns so in the mean time I'd make sure to stock up on ammo, med sprays, and what not. He's not THAT hard of a fight but you don't want to have to bail midway cause it can take a while.

It spawned for the second time for me now but I can only get its health to half (hitting the balls) before running out of ammo. I guess I need some purple weapons.

Try hitting the inside of it's mouth. And just because you're out of ammo doesn't mean you can't try melee. His up-close attacks have surprising amounts of windup, and the sword arm swing can be dodged by crawling or diving.
