2 - don't know for sure.
2. Near end of campaign you get an item that allows you set up an O2 refil station, allowing you to refill at it instead of going back to base. Not tried it myself yet.
1. There are survival packs that increases your weight, I found a common one and an uncommon one, they're pretty rare though.
2. I heard it's possible but you need the recipe for it.
Oxygen, as far as I know, remains the same throughout the game. There will be times where you'll likely just have to spend that Kuban energy (and then the Stainless Steel when you get back to base).
Think its like 4-5 refills
I'll keep my eye out for the bags.
2. I don't believe there is a way to upgrade the air tank. The best you can do is use kuban or build air refill stations. The air stations are temporary however, and despite the description will automatically dissapear after a short while.
ohh yea that was how the tank worked only used it once and think i reffiled whit energy to..
