Invincible enemies? (SPOILERS)

So having completed the main story I am running around doing the epilogue stuff.
And I ran into a group of seemingly invincible enemies.
They look like they're on fire. How do I kill them?

I don't think you can kill them to be honest. I ended up just picking the guy up and running the hell away.

If I had to guess though, maybe frost ammo or a frost weapon might do the trick?

I just use the stone things, throw them off the edge and watch them follow. OR you can blow up the little wooden bridge with them on it and watch them fall into the ravine. I've tried every other way to kill them with no luck, the only thing I haven't tried is frost weapons/ammo.

cant u stealth them ? i didnt had a chance to do it i just run from them the moment i saw my bullets do 0 dmg

I saw a reddit post about them, all i remember it saying is "They take a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of damage" so I went in and unloaded 30 shotgun shells on them for a grand total of 0 damage right before i got my ass handed to me.
