Pre-order items are now available. Please check your base camp storage/repository for the blueprints. If they are not present, restart Steam to allow for any caching.

Hi everyone,

We've noticed a few questions and comments around pre-order items not being found so created this thread to hopefully help clear up any issues/confusion.

To get your pre-order items you will need to finish the opening section and be at base camp where you will find them in storage/repository.

If you don't get them once you reach this point, please post in here and let us know. We will try our best to help as quickly as possible.

I don't have the pre-order items. I got the items for playing the Beta, and Phatom pain, but no pre-order stuff.

I had managed to complete retrieving the first motherboard in the O2 required dust zone. Even after returning to base camp, the pre order bonuses were not available. Is there any way I can receive help in redeeming my bonuses?

I have been to the base area and looked in the repository. I recieved the items for playing in the beta, but not my pre-order bonus.

I haven't yet received the pre-order bonus items from the Survivor Pack. I'm about 6 hours in.
