It's just me or Frank is rejuvenating from DR2 Off the record, also he is so slim

It happened that the guys in charge of this game decided they wanted to go back to the roots. So they changed everything about him.

You have to remember that Off the Record was an alternate "what if" scenario.... Not really canon to the series of games.

Why did they change voice actors?

What's the point of making DR4 about Frank West if they're going to make him look different and sound different? Why not just make it about a totally new character like DR3?

they said they wanted someone that sounds like he is in his 50s
funny thing is the voice actor from DR1 and OTR frank is now in his 50s

lol well this Frank West looks more like Michael De Santa from GTA. They could have atleast make him look similar to the old Frank. Tbh it is disrespectul to the original voice actor to completely replace him like that. Capcoms excuse makes no sense.

Dead Rising 2: Off the Record is not canon to the Dead Rising series - it's an alternative "What If" type story.
