If it's anything like Quantum Break, the answer would be no.

Owning the game on one platform rarely gives you the priviledge to suddenly own it on the other as well.

I'd like to know this too. Also, any changes in this version?

As far as I know, it won't be using UWP, meaning that it will likely get proper full-screen, meaning that it will be playable on V-synch / Freecync monitors with more than 30fps v-sync. Since they are unable to patch that into the UWP version (even though Gears 4 and Forza Horizon 3 have done it)

Stop wasting your money on windows store.. it is pretty much a walled up garden.. perhaps that way they will just drop the freakin thing and bring games here instead..

No there is no program in place to provide Windows Store owners a copy of it on the Steam store.

Can I trade?
Could someone over at capcom trade my Windows Store version for this Steam version.

Will those people that already bought DR4 on the Windows Store receive a STEAM KEY?
Simply put DR4 was an exclusive on the XBOX and Windows Store, so now that its coming to STEAM I would rather play it on STEAM then the lousy Windows Store.

Why would they? They bought the game from totally different seller, not associated with Valve or Steam at all. It's the same story as if you buy the game from Uplay or Origin, you don't get the key to redeem it on Steam platform.

You should have waited as I did.
