I can't open the game. The game is not responding!

I just played for 2 days. The game pop up massage Error:13X? I can't remember (132 or 135). After I tried to open the game again, Game didn't start. Process I choose "play" in Steam page --> Choose "start" in SSO Program --> End nothing happening And Steam page "Inplay" to "Play" as before How do I solve this problem?...

This account has been blocked for Misc reason

Hello GM Team, My account got banned outta nowhere. I tried to relogin. However, the message showed that my account has been blocked showed up. I don't think i did something wrong like using cheat or such. If this is a system error, please fix it soon. I want my account back. Your system messed me a lot! I am a long-term gamer. Hope your team can solve that ASAP....

Cannot Complete Account Recovery

I requested for Password Reset and successfully had a temporary password sent to my e-mail for use with Account Recovery. When I attempt to log into my account on the official website, I am given the message "Check e-mail". When I attempt to use this password in the game client I am given a message of the sort "Please complete account transfer on official website". I am unable to log in, therefore I cannot submit a ticket to get this resolved. Are there any solutions for this? Thanks....
