Crash in Story Mode

Im at the boss battle with Lord DeadCross in his castle. The match starts and ends ok, but everytime after that the screen stays black, music dies out, and this error message pops up:

Cant progress in story mode like this.

Im not sure how to check user ID ingame, but Im in Pakistan.

Hi Miankot!

You can see your user ID by going to the "Account" screen from the main menu using the button on the top-right.

Also, as Cheru mentioned, we're looking into this issue so if you could also provide us with your PC specs, that would be super helpful:)

My graphics card is: Nvidia GeForce Gt440 . I know my pc's graphics card is outdated.
This game runs well with this lower graphics card .
