Quick Question about the SpearFish
I notice the SpearFish torp in the AllSUBs mod is a real screamer and killer. Just curious why the modders made a torp that has such a high speed and very wide sensor angles? Its fairly straight forward to add that torp into the weapons list, but good lord running the SpearFish as your staple loadout will spoil the game in almost every instance. In fact, for a while, I took those numbers from the SpearFish and modded my Mark45. At least running without a wire guidance, it added some serious spice to the mission should that torp decide to come after me.

Tbh I am fairly sure the torps are pretty darn good in real life too. Modern torpedo tech is quite effective.

I think modern american torpedo designs also might have more well hidden specs.
There's also new torpedo's being designed by LM, but for now I think the Brits have the best torpedo in terms of speed and range
