F5,F6,F7,F8 Not Functioning in Cold Waters

Hadn't played for a few days. Logged into Steam, got updates unknown IF CW was updated.

Play CW, Select mission, etc and get into game. F5,F6,F7,F8 not functioning at all.

Exited CW, went back in, Verified options. Verified controls. Tried to play same mission (Bastion Gambit). Same symptoms.

Exited CW, Rebooted, Went into applications on PC that use FKeys (Word, Photoshop, Acrobat) Exited these apps as the Function Keys work properly in these applications.
Rebooted.

Entered CW, tried other missions. FKeys not working.

NO Mods.
Windows 10 Professional, 1TB SSD, 16GB RAM,

Assistance would be appreciated.

Troubleshooting this I found FKeys NOT Working in other Apps and In Windows. Contacted MSFZT.
Reinstall of keyboard drivers per Microsoft Tech suggest ion AND reboot solved the issue.
